How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for audio interfaces and mixers?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most hardware. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and software registration codes unused.
Do PreSonus products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new hardware products include a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
