At PreSonus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MyPreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' option for the specific hardware item.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our service center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
